Findings from the large-scale survey, taken by academic staff of all genders, indicated that women and gender diverse academics experienced everyday sexisms regularly. They shared experiences such as "being ignored or overlooked because of your gender” and “being treated with less respect” or “being treated as if one’s time is less valuable” in comparison to male colleagues.
